The location of the new test track at (customer) was directly under a high tension line. The contractor was utilizing
GPS positioning for grader control for shaping sb grade elevations. It was determined that the occasionally the GPS
controls were being affected by the High Tension power lines. |

Stray frequency caused erratic readings of controls and effect sub-grade establishment |

Bad elevations needed to be corrected. |
