Ideas welcomed. No holds barred.
We recognize that building a better business builds lives and communities. In order to do that, we start with input. All employees are encouraged to communicate ideas related to both projects and the company itself.
The annual employee meeting features a no-holds barred Q & A session with corporate leadership, including our Chairman and CEO John Rakolta, Jr.
All of this open communication has paid off. Since the implementation of the Lessons Learned and Value Engineering database in 2004, Walbridge has saved itself and its customers $600 million by putting employees ideas into motion.
The Lessons Learned database now has 5,000 examples of idea sharing and is available to our employees throughout our organization.
